Cucumber Salad with Hot Sauce

Wash the cucumber and dry the surface moisture and put it on the cutting board.

Pat the yellow knife flat with a kitchen knife to crack it. Cut a few horizontally to cut the cucumber into cubes. Put the cucumbers in a bowl, sprinkle in salt, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

Finally, add Murakami's purple garlic chili sauce and stir well.
Tips:
Be sure to choose fresh gherkins, preferably green-skinned, slender, and very rough on the surface. Such cucumbers have no large seeds in the middle, and the taste will be more crispy;
It must be marinated with salt first, the salt tastes and the water is out, cut smaller to make it easier to taste; hot sauce can be added more or less according to personal taste.
