The temperature has been very high recently and I have no appetite. Let's have a scallion noodles, a super appetizing lazy meal.

Cucumber Scallion Noodles

1. Wash the chives and cut into sections, drain the water

2. Pour oil in the pot, put the chives, low heat

3. Stir until slightly yellow, pour out the excess oil for next use

4. Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Laoganma chili sauce and stir well

5. Wash the cucumber and cut into thick shreds

6. Put water in a pot to boil, put the soba noodles to cook

7. Pick up, drain off the water

8. Put the soba noodles and cucumber shreds in the scallion oil pan and stir well.

9. Excess scallion oil can be reserved for noodles or stir-fry next time!

Tips:

When simmering the shallot oil, use a low heat to avoid burning.
