Cucumber Stir-fried Wangchao

Ingredients: Cucumber.

Wangchao (washed).
3.
Ginger slices.
4.
Chopped peppers.
5.
Wash the cucumber.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into thicker silk, set aside.

Put the ginger slices in a pot of water and boil.

Afterwards, blanch the Wangchao in the ginger water and remove it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the cut hopes, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, add the cucumbers and stir-fry some chopped peppers.

Then, add some balsamic vinegar, salt, and chicken essence.
13.
Stir-fry well and serve.
