Cucumber Stir-fried Wangchao

1. Ingredients: Cucumber.

2. Wangchao (washed).

3. Ginger slices.

4. Chopped peppers.

5. Wash the cucumber.

6. Put it on the chopping board and cut into thicker silk, set aside.

7. Put the ginger slices in a pot of water and boil.

8. Afterwards, blanch the Wangchao in the ginger water and remove it.

9. Put it on the chopping board and cut it.
