Cucumber Strips Mixed with Sanhe Oil

Prepare materials.

Cut the cucumber into sections, and divide each section of cucumber into 4 pieces.

Remove the flesh from the middle of the cucumber.

Marinate the cucumber strips with salt for 20 minutes.

The cucumber strips that have been marinated for 20 minutes are wrapped in clean gauze and squeezed dry.

Add 100 grams of sugar to a large clean bowl; 50 grams of white vinegar; water (without cucumber strips)

Put the squeezed cucumber strips into the sweet and sour sauce and soak for 30 minutes.

Put oil in a wok and stir fragrant pepper and dried chili.

Take out the soaked cucumber strips and remove the dry water, add soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar (ratio 3:1:1), pepper oil, garlic mash and mix well.
Tips:
Six things not to eat cucumbers:
1. It is not suitable to eat unclean cucumbers raw; 2. It is not suitable to add alkali or cook after high heat; 3. It is not suitable to discard the juice and make stuffing for consumption; 4. It is not suitable to eat too much food;
