Cucumber Strips with Egg Yolk

Prepare the required materials

Boil salted eggs in cold water in a pot

Wash cucumber, peel and flesh, cut into 6 cm long and 0.6 cm wide square strips

Add a pinch of salt

Grab evenly with your hands to remove excess moisture from the melon strips and make them more crispy

The salted egg is steamed to get the yellow, crushed and sieved

Add some salt, chicken essence and sesame oil to the cucumber strips

Mix it well

Add vegetable oil to the pot and heat until 30% hot, add salted egg yolk
