Cucumber Tomato Salad
1.
Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes, and peel off the skins of the cucumbers;

Cucumber cut into round slices;
3.
Slice the tomatoes horizontally, choose the slightly firmer tomatoes;
4.
Tear fresh mint leaves and sprinkle them in the dish;
5.
Put a little salt on the vegetables;
6.
Sprinkle a little freshly ground black pepper;
7.
Pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil;
8.
Cut the blue cheese into small pieces and place them on top of the vegetables;
9.
Mix well while eating.
Tips:
The tomatoes are harder, and the slices are not easy to juice. You can also use cherry tomatoes. The amount to eat is limited and there will be no discomfort.
