Cucumbers can be said to be a cold dish that you will never get tired of, sour, sweet, spicy, and all kinds of flavors can be made very colorful. Cucumber with Tempeh

1. Two cucumbers, cleaned

2. Cut into inch segments

3. Put it in a large bowl, add seasonings according to your taste, crush the garlic in advance, and oxidize it for better nutrition.

6. It's crispy, tender and slightly sweet. It's a good summer delicacy.

Tips:

The homemade tempeh sauce is slightly spicy and salty, so there is no too much salt in the seasoning. If there is no tempeh, replace it with light soy sauce and chili oil. You can also mix delicious cucumber cold dishes.
