Cumin Beef Ribs--home-style Meals
1.
Cut all around the ribs and cut off the excess fascia;
2.
In a small bowl, put 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1 vegetable oil Tbsp, stir well, then apply on both sides of the ribs, massage for a while;
3.
Use a meat pin or fork to push up the meaty place to taste;
4.
Put it in a compact bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight. If you want to eat the same day, it is best to let it stand for 30 minutes;
5.
Wrap the solid with tin foil, put it in the air fryer, set 400°F, 30-40 minutes;
6.
After the time is up, insert the meat probe to see if the beef has reached the cooked temperature of 170°F. If it reaches the standard, you can continue to the next step. If the target temperature is not reached, roast it again;
7.
Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the surface of the beef, set 400°F, 5~7 minutes, roast until the surface is slightly charred;
8.
Flip the other side and brush with vegetable oil, also set 400°F for 5~7 minutes, and bake it until the surface is slightly charred with dry water. When eating, separate each bone and enjoy it. Enjoy!
Tips:
Adding dried cumin and cumin powder at the same time when roasting can make the flavor more layered. After all, dried cumin condiment particles are slightly different from cumin powder.
