Cumin Beef Strips

Cut beef into strips, put it in a bowl, add cornstarch, mix well and add 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp brandy, 1/ 4 tsp., hold it until it feels viscous. Tips:
