Ingredients

Cumin Bitter Gourd

1. Wash the bitter gourd.

2. Remove the bitter gourd.

3. After removing the flesh, cut the bitter gourd into strips.

4. Bitter melon is blanched in a pot.

5. Take it out and put it in cool boiling water to cool it down.

6. Remove and drain the water after cooling.

7. Drain the bitter gourd and put it in a container, add salt and stir evenly to kill the moisture and get the bottom taste.

8. Squeeze out the water and add cumin powder and stir.
