Cumin Bitter Gourd

Wash the bitter gourd.

Remove the bitter gourd.

After removing the flesh, cut the bitter gourd into strips.

Bitter melon is blanched in a pot.

Take it out and put it in cool boiling water to cool it down.

Remove and drain the water after cooling.

Drain the bitter gourd and put it in a container, add salt and stir evenly to kill the moisture and get the bottom taste.
