Cumin Chiba Tofu

Cut the pork belly into small pieces, cook, and slice into thin slices.

Slice the Chiba tofu into two pieces, then cut into triangles.

Wash the onion and cut into thick shreds; wash the garlic sprouts, take one and cut into small pieces.

Pour oil in the pan, heat it up, add the pork belly and stir-fry for a while, the meat slices are slightly browned.

Pour in shredded onion and garlic sprouts and stir fry.

After the onions are sautéed, add Chiba tofu.

Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cumin powder and stir-fry evenly.
9.
Wash another garlic sprout and cut into small pieces, sprinkle into the pot, turn off the heat, and stir evenly.
Tips:
There is no need to add salt, so light soy sauce can be more appropriate.
