Cumin Chicken Wing Tips
1.
Wash the tips of the chicken wings, pluck off the hairy ones, and drain the water.
2.
Preheat a non-stick pan, pour it into the tip of the chicken wings and fry it
3.
Fry on medium-low heat for about 13 minutes and it will be fully cooked. Mix the light soy sauce and water into the tips of the chicken wings and mix well (add water so that the skin on the tips of the chicken wings will not be too dry)
4.
When the juice is almost dry, add cumin powder and stir well, then it can be out of the pot.
5.
Use chopsticks to place the tips of the chicken wings on the plate
6.
Cut the cucumber into five consecutive slices and decorate it (sometimes the whole picture is much more harmonious under the decor of a dish)
Tips:
For those who like the flavor of sand ginger, add 20 grams of ginger paste and sauté the flavor.
