Soak the bamboo skewers in water in advance and soak them completely. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, cut the colored pepper into square pieces, cut the leg of lamb into 2 cubes, add salt, green onion, and ginger and marinate for 10 minutes in the oven. Preheat at 220 degrees on low heat;

Skewer lamb and colored pepper with a bamboo stick, put it on a baking tray lined with tin foil, put it in the middle layer, bake for 15 minutes and take it out;
