Cumin Nine-belly Fish

Clean the nine belly fish.

Cut into sections and put in a container.

Add salt, ground ginger, and rice wine, mix well, and marinate for about an hour.

Mix the eggs and flour.

Mix into a paste.

Put the marinated fish in and put a layer of batter.
7.
Add oil in a hot pan and heat the oil to 50% hot.
8.
Put the battered nine-belly fish into the deep fry.
9.
Fry on a small fire until golden brown and you can pick it up.
10.
After frying, sprinkle with cumin powder.
Tips:
1. The fish must be marinated for about an hour before deep-frying it.
2. Fry it on a low fire, otherwise it will be battered at once.
