Cumin Roasted Crispy Bun Slices

Ingredients: steamed bun, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, vegetable oil, egg

Cut the bun into thin slices

Beat the eggs and use a whisk to stir into egg liquid

Use a brush to brush a layer of egg wash on both sides of the bun

Brush another layer of vegetable oil and sprinkle salt on both sides

Line the baking tray with tin foil and spread the buns on the grill

Use the oven to 200?, use the up and down function, preheat for 5 minutes, put the baking tray and grill in,

Bake for about 10 minutes, take it out, brush both sides with egg mixture and sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder, and bake for about 10 minutes.
Tips:
If you don’t like to eat chili, you can leave no chili powder or chili powder for the second time.
Just bake the bun slices until they are crispy on both sides.
