Cumin Squid Pie

Remove the internal organs and the beard of the squid, tear off the black skin on the surface, and clean it.

Cut the squid into pieces, don’t need to be too small, I cut it about 3 cm wide

Boil water in the pot, turn off the heat immediately when the water is turned on, add the squid, soak in water until the squid is white and curled, then remove

Put in cumin seasoning. My cumin seasoning is redeemed at the condiment store. You can buy a packaged seasoning on the market. If there is salt in there, just omit the next step of adding salt.

Season with salt and mix well

Use warm water to mix the noodles into a softer dough, wake up for more than 1 hour, and then divide into small portions

Roll out into a pie and wrap it with fillings

Put it in the pot and cook it
