It’s hot, so I don’t need to say anything at all. I don’t have a good appetite. I eat light and vegetarian food every day. I especially want to eat meat. I can’t stop it. Beef is what my family likes to eat. It is chewy and not greasy. In addition to stewing and sautéing, I made this quick toothpick meat today.
Cut the beef tenderloin into two or three centimeter pieces, and then marinate them with the ready-made marinated meat, which is cumin-flavored and fragrant. There is a little fat in the beef. Fry it on a low heat in a frying pan. You can see that it is not fried, but it is slowly fried on a low heat, and it will be out in a few minutes. The meat is fully cooked and tender. It tastes hot and cold! If you want to eat beef but don't want to waste time, you might as well try this method. Holding small skewers in your hand is also a lot of fun, eating 20 skewers for one person is absolutely nothing! Is it very mature?

5. Take a clean toothpick and skewer two or three pieces of meat on one. Don’t put them too tightly, so that there is a little gap between them, so that they are fully heated and cooked quickly; the skewered meat skewers can be marinated for about half an hour;

6. Pour an appropriate amount of oil in a frying pan, slightly more than the usual amount of oil used to fry a dish. If the pan is not big, put the meat into the pan twice, and fry slowly on low heat until the meat is reduced and the edges are slightly charred. I estimated the time, it’s about 3 or 4 minutes; after frying, put it on a plate, sprinkle with chopped chives and chili powder to add flavor; I fry two pots in total, and the other pot is cumin-flavored , Sprinkled with chopped chives without sprinkling chili powder, both are delicious.

Tips:

1. The beef cube should not be too large, otherwise it will not taste good and will not be easy to be cooked. The size of two or three centimeters is just right;
2. Don't use too much oil. When the oil temperature rises, turn to a low heat. When the edges of the beef cubes are slightly charred and there is juice splashing out of the pot, it can be out of the pot. If you continue to fry, it will become dry and not tender;
3. Without this cumin seasoning, you can use light soy sauce, salt, a little sugar, and cumin powder to make it yourself. The amount is up to your own taste.
