Cup Rice

1. Prepare materials

2. Soak the rice

3. Stir fragrant onion and garlic

4. Add lean pork slices, shiitake mushrooms and dried sea rice, stir fry until the slices change color, and add a little bit of flavour

5. Put the fried ingredients out into a deep cup

6. Cover the soaked rice on the fried ingredients and wrap the salted egg yolk in the middle. Ingredients until the cup is 6 minutes full, add water to 8 minutes full

7. Steam for about half an hour until the water and dry rice are cooked

8. Arrange the hot rapeseed

9. Just flip the cup upside down

Tips:

1. Season according to your own taste, no need to add salt because of salted egg yolk.

2. Don't fill up the material too much, it will easily overflow in the cup.
