Cure Children Picky Eaters-loofah Shrimp Omelette

Prepare ingredients: half a loofah, chives, one egg, shrimp, flour.

Finely chop the loofah and add some salt to marinate. Finely chop the shrimp and chop the chives.

Mix all the ingredients and stir evenly. If the batter feels a bit dry, you can add some water. Pour the oil in the pan and use a spoon to scoop out a spoon in the pan and quickly spread it out with a wooden spatula. Fry until golden on both sides and immediately rise from the pan.
