Cured Duck Leg with Fish Curd and Boiled Radish

1. White radish peeled and cut into thick strips

2. Cured duck leg chop small pieces

3. Sliced ginger

4. Cut the fish tofu in half.

5. Scallions, cut into small pieces

6. Heat the oil pan and stir fry the ginger

7. Put the radish and cured duck legs and stir fry, pour a bowl of water and cook until the radish becomes soft.

8. Add fish tofu and cook for 1-2 minutes, season with a little salt. (The cured duck legs have a salty taste, so salt should be added as needed.)

9. Add the green onion and stir well.

10. Very tasty dishes.
