Cured Duck Leg with Yuba and Boiled Cabbage

Ingredients: cabbage, cured duck leg (cleaned), yuba (soaked, cleaned and cut into sections).

Tear the cabbage into small pieces, wash it, and remove it for later use.

Place the cured duck legs on the chopping board and chop them into pieces.

Next, lower the chopped cured duck legs into a pot of clear water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Bring to a boil and cook for 6 minutes.

Then, add the cabbage and yuba, stir and boil for 3 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
