Curry and Rice Tutorial

Step 1: Cut potatoes, carrots, onions, chicken and garlic into pieces, wash and set aside

Step 2: Add a little oil to the pot and stir fry with minced garlic and chicken until fragrant

Step 3: Add onions and stir-fry evenly

Step 4: Add potato pieces and carrot pieces, stir-fry and add water. Step 5: Cover and boil over medium heat for 5-10 minutes

Step 6: Add curry and stir continuously. After the curry cubes are completely dissolved, cook for 5 minutes until the curry becomes a thick paste and collect the juice on high heat.

Step 7: Pour the cooked curry on the rice.
