Curry Bacon Pasta
1.
Prepare all the necessary raw materials~~My old habit, hahaha
2.
Put water in the pot, add the pasta after the water is boiled, and cook for 7-9 minutes. Don't cook for too long, otherwise the noodles will not taste good
3.
The pasta is cooked, picked up, and soaked in a stainless steel basin filled with cold water in advance. The advantage of this is that the pasta will cool down and shrink properly, and the taste will be better.
4.
Cut the pork belly into thin pieces, and cut the bacon into even rectangular pieces
5.
Diced onion (try to choose purple onion)
6.
Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the pot, and stir-fry the pork belly first
7.
Then add the bacon and stir fry, pay attention to the heat, don't fry it
8.
Add the diced onion and stir fry to create a fragrance
9.
Pour in some water and bring to a boil
10.
After boiling, immediately put in the curry cubes and let them melt
11.
As the curry melts, the color will disperse and become brighter, and the soup will thicken~ At this time, the side dishes will be ready for use.
12.
Put a small amount of oil in the hot pan, add the pasta and stir fry evenly
13.
Pour in the side dishes that have just been fried, and stir-fry evenly.
14.
Add appropriate amount of MSG and salt to season the noodles before they are out of the pan
15.
The finished product is out of the pot~~~ You can enjoy it while it is hot!
Tips:
This curry pasta does not actually have any special tricks. Just remember two points: 1. Cook the noodles until they are 80 or 90 minutes cooked, and soak in cold water after they are cooked; 2. It is best to fry the side dishes and curry separately first, so that the appearance will be cleaner and beautiful~
