Curry Bacon Udon
1.
1. Prepare the ingredients. I use semi-finished udon noodles that have been cooked! Cut the green pepper into small pieces, remove the handle of the shiitake mushroom, and cut the top with a rice-shaped knife.
2.
2. First use a non-stick frying pan, turn on the third gear to heat, pour in corn oil, wait for the oil to warm up, put in the bacon, turn to the second gear to fry the bacon!
3.
3. Fry both sides, then turn off the heat to remove!
4.
4. Change the cooking pot, pour a little corn oil, heat in the 3rd gear, fry the mushrooms and green peppers first, and cut them off. Then pour an appropriate amount of pure water to below the maximum water level.
5.
5. Cover the lid and bring to a boil. After boiling, put in a piece of original curry, stir well, pour in udon noodles, turn to 2 to cook the noodles. Cook for a while, while adding dried tofu, directly beat in the eggs, don't move it for now, continue to the 2nd firepower, boil the egg whites and solidify, the inside is the soft-boiled egg!
6.
6. It is almost cooked, you can add bacon and cook for a while. Finally, add salt to taste! Turn off the heat, a pot of udon noodles, you can serve 2 people!
7.
The amount is actually quite large, you can eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Look at yourself, it's small and convenient, and you can eat it whenever you want! Not much to say, put it in a bowl, sprinkle chopped green onion, and eat
