Curry Baked Rice

Carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, diced and diced as you like

Pour water in the pot, add the cut vegetables in 1 after boiling, then pour in a proper amount of water, wait for it to boil again and drain the water to serve

Pour water into the pot again, without too much, add curry cubes (the amount depends on personal preference), dissolve, add the rice, and collect the juice over high heat

Put the curry rice in a baking tray, and put an egg in the center (if there is more rice, press down on the egg to put it better), put at least cooked carrots on the sides, sprinkle some pepper, and put it on top Cheese sticks or shredded cheese

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated 170 degree oven, about 10-15 minutes (the specific time depends on the performance of your own oven), wait until the egg whites are completely set, you can reduce the time if you like to eat sweet eggs
