Curry Beef

Wash the beef and cut into smaller pieces of Mahjong, and cut the carrots, onions and potatoes into hob pieces. I use curry, about two or three spoons.

Beef in a pot under cold water, boil, skim off the foam, remove and rinse

Boil a little oil in the pan, fry the onion, carrot and potatoes a little bit, then set the oil and set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and sauté the chopped onion and ginger over medium-low heat

Pour beef and stir fry for a while, cooking wine

Then add the curry and stir fry for a fragrance

Pour in some hot water, just over the beef, and bring to a boil

Pour in radish, onion and potatoes, cover and simmer for 40 minutes

When the amount of water is about to harvest, pour in coconut milk, add some salt to taste

Finally, just collect the juice from the medium-high heat. You don’t need to make the soup too dry with your hands. It’s delicious when used to make rice.
