Curry Beef

Wash beef (sirloin), cut into pieces, add cooking wine and blanch water.

Wash the blanched beef and put it in a rice cooker.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, ginger slices, and water.

The rice cooker turns on the cooking button (I cook it when I sleep at night).

Cooked beef.

Peel and cut potatoes one by one.
7.
Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the potatoes.
8.
Stir-fry for a while and add appropriate amount of water (the beef broth I used) and salt.
9.
Turn to low heat and cook until the potatoes are soft and waxy.
10.
Add the cooked beef.
11.
Add curry cubes.
12.
Bring to high heat until the curry is thick and flavorful, then turn off the heat.
13.
Finished platter.
