I haven’t cooked for a long time. Today, my dad bought beef brisket and there is curry in the refrigerator, hehe

Ingredients

Curry Beef

1. Cut the sirloin into pieces and pass the water. When passing the water, put two slices of ginger, a little cooking wine, and rinse well afterwards.

2. I put it in a casserole for stewing. Slow stewing in a casserole is better. It takes 40 minutes

3. I put potatoes and onions as the auxiliary ingredients, because I didn’t put the carrots when I didn’t have them. I can put a tomato if I like.

4. After the sirloin has been simmered for about 40 minutes, put a little oil in the pan with a little oil and stir fry for five minutes.

5. Put the picked up ingredients in the casserole and continue to stew

6. I used Baimenduo curry, which contains salt and sugar, so I didn’t add it separately. I personally recommend Indian oil curry to be more delicious. Put it in the curry and simmer for half an hour to collect the juice and it will be out of the pot. It takes time Control it by yourself, I use a low heat to simmer for a longer time

7. Because it is a reduced version, it is relatively simple, but the taste is still good

Tips:

Pour it on the rice and eat it directly with a spoon, and I have a good appetite:)
