Curry Beef

Cut the onion into large slices, cut the potatoes into hob pieces, cut the beef into pieces, and drain the blood through the beef. Be sure to cook for a while, you can add cooking wine to remove other flavors. Prepare curry, it must be curry cubes. Adjust the amount according to taste

Add a little more water and simmer on high heat for 10 minutes. Without covering the pot, let the water evaporate. When the water has evaporated halfway, cover the pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Turn the heat to low, collect the juice, and remove.
