Curry Beef

Put water in a pot and boil, add beef slices, cook, remove and drain the water for later use.

Prepare ingredients: shred the onion, peel the potatoes and cut into hob blocks, wash the carrots and cut into hob blocks.

Add bottom oil to the pot, add onions over high heat, and sauté until fragrant.

Add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry evenly.

Add boiled water, soak the ingredients. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for ten minutes.
