Curry Beef Brisket
1.
Pour cold water into the pot, put the bought sirloin pieces in cold water and wash them out, add a little cooking wine and ginger slices, blanch them and take them out
2.
Put the washed sirloin in a saucepan, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer slowly over medium and low heat for an hour
3.
Cut the onion and garlic into pieces, cut the green onion into pieces, and cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces. Set aside for later use.
4.
Heat the pot on low heat and pour the oil into the oil. Stir fragrant minced garlic and ginger. Add 2 tablespoons of curry powder. After the curry powder is fragrant, add onions and continue to fry the potatoes.
5.
Remove the sirloin that has just been cooked and put it in the pot, and add a bag of fresh milk and a spoonful of sugar
6.
Put the cut carrots into the pot, turn to a low heat and continue to simmer after boiling again, and stir-fry with a spatula to prevent the pot from getting stuck
Tips:
1. Beef brisket has a strong smell, so be sure to add some ginger cooking wine to remove the smell when blanching the water
2. When stewing sirloin, be sure to cover the pot and stew, otherwise it will not be easy to stew
3. Since carrots are easier to cook, put them in at the end
