Curry Beef Brisket

Cut the sirloin into small pieces, add cooking wine, add a small amount of starch and marinate for 5 minutes

Cut the potatoes and set aside

Heat up the frying pan for 9 minutes and stir-fry the sirloin to change color

Add potatoes, put a trace of salt, add water and cook for 10 minutes
5.
Pour half of the package and cook on low heat
Tips:
1. Don't fry the sirloin for too long to get old;
2. Add potatoes to stew early, skimming the froth (personally don't like potatoes to be cooked first, I feel that the sirloin flavor will not merge with potatoes)
3. Adjust curry according to taste.
