Curry Beef Brisket

Beef brisket in a pot under cold water, blanched with blood foam

After blanching, wash the foam with clean water and put it in a saucepan

Add water

Put ginger slices and aniseed

Put it in a saucepan and simmer for 2 and a half hours

Cut carrots, potatoes and spring onions and set aside

Put oil in the pot

After the oil is hot, pour in carrot slices and potatoes and stir fry

Add curry cubes and stewed sirloin soup

Pour the stewed beef brisket, including the soup and meat, into the pot, stir-fry and continue to simmer for 5 minutes

After the soup is thick, pour in the green onions and stir-fry for a few times.
12.
Spread the lettuce leaves into the dish
