Curry Beef Brisket Claypot

Cut the sirloin into large pieces, put cold water in the pot, add the sirloin to boil and remove the blood. Wash the sirloin with the blood removed and remove the blood foam

Cut potatoes and carrots

Cut the onion and slice the ginger

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add a small amount of butter and stir fry until melted

Add onions, ginger slices and continue to stir fry

Add sirloin, stir fry, add appropriate amount of milk, water, coconut milk (adjust according to your own taste), then put it into the spleen, star anise, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, and cooking wine and stir well. Bring to a boil

Put it in a pressure cooker and press for 20 minutes. After opening, add potatoes and carrots, and press for another 10 minutes (if possible, the pressed sirloin can be lengthened to 30/40 minutes, so that the sirloin will be more tender). If there is too much juice after opening, put it in a pot and simmer until thick
