My mother-in-law and father-in-law went on a trip. It was the first time that the little daughter-in-law had to cook dinner by herself. It took a long time for two people to have two dishes and one soup, half vegetarian and half meat, scrambled eggs with leeks, curry beef brisket, and miso soup. I went to buy vegetables at four o’clock, and it seemed that it was a little late, and the sirloin was not tender enough, and I finally understood why mothers had to buy vegetables so early ╮(╯▽╰)╭
My debut show is finally dedicated~~"

Curry Beef Brisket Claypot

1. Cut the sirloin into large pieces, put cold water in the pot, add the sirloin to boil and remove the blood. Wash the sirloin with the blood removed and remove the blood foam

2. Cut potatoes and carrots

3. Cut the onion and slice the ginger

4. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add a small amount of butter and stir fry until melted

5. Add onions, ginger slices and continue to stir fry

6. Add sirloin, stir fry, add appropriate amount of milk, water, coconut milk (adjust according to your own taste), then put it into the spleen, star anise, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, and cooking wine and stir well. Bring to a boil

7. Put it in a pressure cooker and press for 20 minutes. After opening, add potatoes and carrots, and press for another 10 minutes (if possible, the pressed sirloin can be lengthened to 30/40 minutes, so that the sirloin will be more tender). If there is too much juice after opening, put it in a pot and simmer until thick
