Curry Beef Fried Rice with Vegetable Salad

Cut the beef tenderloin into small cubes, put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the beef cubes and fry until the color is slightly changed and part of the blood

Take the meat steak aside, add onions and carrots and stir fry, then mix and stir fry together

To add curry, I used 2 small pieces, about 35 grams. If you make a lot, you can put more curry

Add a little hot water and stir fry to melt the curry

When the curry is completely melted and the soup is almost dry

Put in the rice

After the rice is fried evenly, add the cooked peas

Stir fry evenly

Broccoli and a few carrot slices are blanched and cooked in light salt water

Add salad dressing and mix well

Put the fried curry rice on the plate, then put the mixed broccoli in the center. You can enjoy this curry with meat and vegetables
Tips:
Curry is a variety of flavors adjusted, no need to add other seasonings. My home tastes light, I put less curry, it feels salty just right, if the taste is too heavy, you can put more curry
