Curry Beef Potatoes
1.
Cut the beef into mahjong-sized pieces, add lemon and soak for 20 minutes to wash away the blood.
2.
Cut potatoes, carrots, green peppers, and onions into pieces;
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add beef, add ginger and spring onion cooking wine, boil and cook for three to four minutes, remove the beef and set aside.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add appropriate amount of ginger sliced onion, one star anise, one bay leaf, one section of cinnamon and curry powder to stir fry together to create a fragrance. The fried curry powder has more flavor (you can also use curry blocks).
5.
Pour beef and stir fry, add potatoes and carrots and stir fry evenly.
6.
In another saucepan, pour boiling water, pour the fried meat and ingredients into the pot, add the cooking wine and simmer for 40 minutes;
7.
Finally, add green pepper, salt, and water starch to thicken it. The fragrant sirloin curry is just fine (just add some coconut milk to taste)
