Curry Beef Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into small cubes, and chop the chives into chopped green onions.

Beef is also cut into cubes about the size of vegetables

Pour vegetable oil in the pot and add green onion until fragrant

Add the diced beef and stir fry

Pour in some light soy sauce

Pour in the light soy sauce and stir-fry the beef, then stir-fry

Pour the diced vegetables

Pour water over the ingredients in the pot

Add three curry cubes

Cook until the soup thickens, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a few minutes

The curry beef and potatoes are ready to be served and used to mix with rice and noodles
