Curry Beef Rice
1.
Wash the beef and cut into pieces about 2.5 cm.
2.
After the beef is blanched, wash the blood water, put it in an electric pressure cooker, add 700 ml of water, orange peel, squashed ginger, a green onion, white wine, soy sauce, and pepper. Keep the pressure for 90 minutes.
3.
Remove the boiled beef (about 210g), cut the onion into small pieces, peel and cut the potatoes and soak in clean water for 10 minutes, remove the water and beat in the microwave for 5 minutes. The green beans are cooked, and the carrots are peeled and steamed and cut into pieces.
4.
On high heat, add salad oil and butter in a hot pan, add onions and stir-fry to create a fragrant flavor. Then add beef, potatoes, and carrots and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
5.
Add 700ml of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the curry cubes and stir-fry evenly. Cook for about 5 minutes until the soup is thick, then add the green beans and mix well. The curry beef is ready.
6.
Put curry beef on a bowl of rice that is neither hard nor soft, and curry beef rice is ok!
Tips:
The beef soup can be boiled with white radish, which is also good.
