Curry Beef Rice

Wash beef and cut into pieces.

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into small pieces.

Wash the onion and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add onions.

Stir fry for a fragrance.

Add beef cubes.

Stir-fried beef changes color and smells.

Then add carrot diced.

Stir fry until the carrots are broken.

Add water and cumin powder, stir-fry and bring to a boil.

Turn the lid to low heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

Add the potato wedges and stir well.

Cover and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Add Daxi chunky curry.
16.
Stir-fry the curry with a spatula.
17.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
18.
Just buckle the rice into the plate and pour the curry beef on it.
Tips:
After adding the curry, stir fry with a spatula continuously to avoid sticking the pot.
The muscle fiber of beef is rough and difficult to digest, and it has high cholesterol and fat. Therefore, the elderly, young children and people with weak digestion should not eat more.
