Curry Beef with Potatoes

Let's talk about beef, carrots, potatoes, and cut into pieces. Raise the frying pan, add the potatoes and stir until the surface is golden

Then add beef and stir until the color changes, and finally add carrots. Put 250ml of water. Bring to boiling and remove foam. Add 10g curry powder, rosemary, lemongrass, and half a can of coconut milk.

Season with some salt and continue to simmer slowly. After an hour or so, put in half a can of coconut milk.

Continue for another 5 minutes to fill the pot
