Curry Cake

Rinse the three ingredients, and use carrots and potatoes to remove the skins for later use

Cut the carrots and potatoes into slices about the same thickness as the pancakes, and cut half of the onion into slices.

Put oil in the pot, add three kinds of ingredients and stir fry after the oil is boiled

Add the right amount of water, then add the chopped curry cubes

Stir with a spatula until the curry cubes are slowly melted
6.
Cut the flatbread into big pieces (this is leftover from the last meal, if it’s freshly baked, don’t leave it so early)

Add the pancakes cut into large pieces and stir fry evenly
8.
Turn to low heat and cover, slowly cook until potatoes and carrots are cooked
9.
Open the fire to collect the juice
