Curry Chicken

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces

Add 1/4 tsp salt to marinate for a few minutes

Cut potatoes and carrots into pieces

Pour curry powder into a bowl, add 400 ml of water and stir well.

Heat a wok, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, pour in the chicken pieces and fry for 2 minutes

Pour in potato cubes and carrot cubes and continue to fry for 2 minutes

Pour in the well mixed curry sauce

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for about 25 minutes
9.
Turn to high heat after 25 minutes, add 100ml coconut milk, and cook until the soup thickens.
