Curry Chicken

Prepare curry, garlic and ginger, wash with broccoli brine, cut potatoes, carrots and onions into small pieces, cut chicken legs into pieces, add soy sauce and cooking wine to marinate for five minutes (can be omitted)

Heat the pan with cold oil, saute the garlic and ginger, add the chicken nuggets and stir-fry, add water over the chicken nuggets. Cook for five minutes on high heat.

Put the curry in, turn to low heat and wait for the curry to melt~

Turn to medium heat and cook for ten minutes. Add broccoli and cook for a few minutes. If you like it thicker, cook it for a while.
Tips:
Put the broccoli in the last step, otherwise it won’t taste good~ a bowl of rice is not enough~
