The croquette has nothing to do with cola. It is a transliteration of croquette. It was originally a French snack but became popular in Japan. It is essentially a potato croquette. The pairing can be rich and varied. You can use beef, pork, or chicken for minced meat. This time I chose it. For the chicken, thinking about the combination of potatoes and chicken, I want to use curry to match it. So, this is considered non-traditional. It's delicious anyway.

3. Spread a layer of starch on the surface of the ball, press the potato ball into a round cake, dip it in the beaten egg liquid, and then put it in the breadcrumbs and roll it in a circle covered with the breadcrumbs.

4. Prepare a raw potato cake one by one, heat the vegetable oil in the pot, put it into the raw material and deep-fry, because the main ingredients are basically cooked, and the two sides can be golden after frying.
