Curry Chicken Drumstick Rice

① 1 carrot, half a potato, and many broccoli, rinse and drain.
②Peel the onion and cut in half.
③Cut the chicken legs into pieces, wash and drain

②Slice the onion and spread it into filaments.
③The broccoli is slightly cooked in the hot water, and set aside

②Stir fry the chicken thighs, the surface is slightly yellow.
③Add potatoes and carrots and continue to fry for 3-5 minutes

Add cold water, immerse the ingredients, and simmer until cooked. Add a pinch of salt (depending on the curry, if the curry itself is slightly salty, do not add salt).
