I have always loved this rice, tried several flavors of curry, and tried to make my own curry paste, but I still prefer the brand of Tumbler, the color and taste are great, you can try if you like...

Curry Chicken Rice

1. Bone the chicken leg and cut into pieces, and cut the green onion into large slices.

2. Various kitchen knives for spare

3. Put oil in the pot to heat up

4. Add green onions and sauté until fragrant

5. Add the chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes

6. Put potatoes and carrots

7. Stir fry for 3 minutes

8. Add the boiling water to the vegetables, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer over medium heat.

9. Add onions and green peppers. If you like spicy food, you can add some spicy millet.

10. Add salt, sugar, and curry powder to taste.

11. Stir evenly, and the soup will be thick.

12. Put the rice in a bowl and buckle it on the plate, pour the cooked dishes on it, and you can start it~

Tips:

To make curry-flavored stuff, if you use ready-made curry powder, don’t put too many other seasonings, which will cover the taste of curry. Don’t put stuff like soy sauce, which will affect the color~ personally feel that curry powder is better than oil curry. .
