Curry Chicken Rice

Cut chicken breast into small pieces, and dice potatoes, carrots and onions

Put oil in the pot to heat up, put the diced onion in the pot and sauté

Add the chicken breast and stir fry until the color changes

Put the potatoes and carrots in the pot together, add some hot water to the surface of the ingredients, boil the pot to remove the floating powder, and cook until the potatoes are soft

Put in a box of six pieces of curry, because children can't eat too spicy, my curry pieces are the least spicy kind, and the six pieces are just right for the saltiness.

Cook on low heat until the curry melts and the soup is thick, and it is OK if you pour it on top
