Donburi is also called over rice (over rice in English). The main method is to prepare a variety of corresponding ingredients (mostly for the meal, and usually just out of the pot) and cover it with the soup. This leads to such a name "bowl of rice." Originated in Sichuan and spread in the north, it is most popular in the three northeastern provinces. Because of its simple materials, low price, relatively more nutritious, and convenient preparation, it is usually popular as a fast food among students, friends and office workers. In fact, I think the rice bowl is most suitable for myself, because one plate is enough, and there is no need to wash a lot of dishes. It is more suitable for lazy people. This time I made a chicken curry rice bowl. The combination of vegetable and rice is simple, quick, convenient and appetizing. When I am alone at noon, it is quite beautiful!
