Curry Chicken Wings
1.
For the convenience of the elderly and children, I deboned the chicken wings. The method is very simple. Use scissors to cut the larger end of the chicken wings. Use scissors to cut off the tendons that connect the bones. Cut a circle around the bones. The bones and meat are separated. Take one bone and turn it out, and the meat will reach the other end, easily break the top connection point, and then cut the meat into several pieces.
2.
Slice onion, cut potatoes and carrots into hob pieces, and set aside 3 curry pieces
3.
Put a little oil in the pot, add the chicken wings and stir fry a few times, add onions, potatoes, and carrots in turn with a slight color change. Add boiling water to the ingredients, put the curry cubes in the pot, turn the lid to low heat and simmer. , Stir in the middle to mix the curry well, for about a few minutes, use a spatula to lightly cut the potatoes, turn it off and turn to high heat to harvest the juice, then add appropriate coconut powder to increase the aroma (or leave it alone)
Tips:
Don’t wait until the potatoes are simmered and turn to high heat. They will lose shape. The amount of curry depends on the ingredients
