Curry Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings to taste

Boil the chicken wings in boiling water. In this step, you can also stir-fry the chicken wings until the surface is golden. It’s just that I personally like to blanch it with boiling water, it feels cleaner

Pick it up and put it in clean cold water to wash away the residual foam

Remove the water, put the washed chicken wings in a basin for later use

Pour the oil in a pan, stir the ginger over high heat

Add chicken wings, pour in cooking wine, stir fry over high heat until the surface is slightly golden

Add water to chicken wing noodles, turn on medium heat, add curry cubes

When the curry cubes melt, simmer on low heat

Cover the pot and simmer for 20-30 minutes. During the period, open the lid and turn over the chicken wings, dip them in the soup to taste, and make some adjustments.

Open the lid and add the chopped green onions

Turn on high heat to collect the juice, and keep turning the chicken wings to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat and serve
